This is a very nice dark chocolate velour top. It has an elastic neckline so that it may be worn on or off the shoulder. There are ties at both wrists and the neckline. The elastic at the neck and wrists, and the flowy cut make it great for a range of sizes ! This was worn once for pictures. It is in excellent condition and any/all spots are from my camera!
